This website, nckactive.com, is operated by KATSAS CHRISTOS – NCK ACTIVE (VAT number 132293430, KEFODE Attica Tax Office, registered address: 21–23 Dim. Gounari Street, Piraeus 18531, Greece). By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services and Pricing

NCK Active provides website, online-store, application, integration, and related design, development, and support services. Prices displayed on the website are starting prices for entry-level projects and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. The final price, scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, and any revision or support arrangements are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

WordPress packages include hosting for the first year where stated on the pricing page. Renewal costs and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately. Domains, paid plugins, platform subscriptions, and other third-party services are excluded unless expressly included in the relevant proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

The website’s content, including text, graphics, logos, code, and design, is owned by or licensed to NCK Active and is protected by applicable Greek and European intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish this material without our prior written consent. Ownership and licence terms for client work are governed by the applicable project proposal or agreement.

4. Website Availability and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate, secure, and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, NCK Active is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Piraeus, Greece, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
